  • IC, L.L.C. Agreements
    • Your information is confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
    • Merchandise will be added or deleted from site as necessary to remain relevant.
    • IC, L.L.C. makes no warranties or representation as to the performance of products; participants should refer to factory warranties.
    • All parties must be compliant with the law.
    • Order Acknowledgments and Shipment Confirmations will be sent to the email address provided.
  • Program User Agreement
    • YourEventCard.com is for incentive/award use only.
    • Participants cannot add cash to purchase merchandise.
    • Participants are not authorized to redistribute or resell its merchandise.
    • YourEventCard.com is owned by IC, L.L.C and should not be advertised any differently.
    • IC, L.L.C. is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  • Product/Merchandise
  • Products that are direct replacements will be substituted automatically.
  • Returned merchandise must be authorized and additional fees may apply.  
  • Certain merchandise items cannot be cancelled once ordered.
  • Merchandise received may vary slightly from the item shown on the website.
  • Cash will not be given for returned merchandise.
  • Recipient must notify Program Administrator of defective/damaged product within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
  • Shipping/Tax Requirements
    • All orders placed on this website are subject to product availability.
    • In the rare event that your merchandise never arrives, notification of lost items must be sent to your Program Administrator within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
    • Merchandise will be shipped in the US only.
    • Merchandise will be shipped via UPS unless requested to use another carrier by the Program Administrator or when another option makes more sense.
  • Termination/Dormant Accounts
    • Program websites will be deactivated 60 days following the end of an event.
    • Products are not for resale.
    • IC, L.L.C. has the right to terminate a site and cancel orders if deemed necessary. 

 

  • Copyright
    • All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and downloads are the property of IC, L.L.C. or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
    • The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of IC, L.L.C. and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

    • IC, L.L.C. and YourEventCard.com and other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, registered trademarks or trade dress of IC, L.L.C. in the U.S. and/or other countries.
    • IC, L.L.C.’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not IC, L.L.C.’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits IC, L.L.C.
    • All other trademarks not owned by IC, L.L.C. that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by IC, L.L.C.

    • IC, L.L.C. grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of IC, L.L.C.
